4. Excessive use of water may result in loss of balance of Water element in your house or office. , you need to balance the use of water to prevent health problems.

5. Whenever you are planning a bedroom or building it then you must ensure that your bed room and bed are arranged as per Vastu rulings to support your personal energy. Depending on your bed’s position you can enjoy the advantage of healthy sleep and healthy mind. Sleeping in the wrong direction may cause health problems.
a) Always try to sleep with head towards the east as it fills you with energy.
b) If you want calmness in life to maintain a smooth health try to sleep with head towards south.
c) Try not to sleep with head towards the west as it brings restlessness and incomplete sleep, which ultimately lead to bad health.
d) Never sleep with the head towards the north. as human body acts as a magnet with the head as a north pole affecting the blood circulation which may cause a serious illness like high blood pressure, sleeplessness and blood disorder.
6. Mirrors in the bedroom bring a sick energy in the vicinity of the person who sleeps or lives in it causing a morning sickness. Try not to put mirror in the bedroom and if you already have it then cover it when not in use.
